I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a significant step. My aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down, feel genuinely heard and explore whatever feels important to you.
Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, develop greater self-awareness and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy often begins by slowing things down and creating space to explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together we can start to understand patterns, emotions, relationships and life experiences that may be influencing how you feel today.
As understanding grows, there is often an opportunity to process difficult emotions, unresolved experiences and long-standing beliefs about yourself. Healing is not about forgetting the past, but developing a different relationship with it so it no longer feels as overwhelming or defining.
Growth can involve developing greater self-awareness, strengthening relationships, establishing healthier boundaries and feeling more connected to yourself. The aim is not perfection, but creating meaningful and lasting change that supports the life you want to live.
